Ayurvedic Home Remedies and Tips for Winter Wellness 

Ayurvedic Hydrating Mask 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 tsp gram flour (besan) 

  • 1–2 tsp milk or yogurt 

  • 1 tsp rose water (optional, to balance skin tone) 

Instructions: 
In a small bowl, mix gram flour and turmeric. 
Add honey and milk/yogurt gradually to form a smooth, spreadable paste. 
Add rose water if desired for extra hydration. 
Apply evenly to a clean face and neck. 
Leave on for 15–20 minutes. 
Rinse with lukewarm water and gently pat dry. 

Benefits: 

  • Hydrates and softens dry skin (yogurt and honey) 

  • Reduces inflammation and redness (turmeric) 

  • Cleanses and removes impurities (gram flour) 

  • Brightens complexion and gives a natural glow
