Spiced Herbal Milk

Warm, Spiced, and Nourishing – Try This Traditional Herbal Milk (Ukaro) for Comfort & Wellness!

Spiced Herbal Milk (Ukaro) 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup milk 

  • ¾ tsp black pepper 

  • ¾ tsp cardamom 

  • ¾ tsp dried ginger 

  • A pinch of cinnamon 

Directions: 

  1. Warm milk in a pot over medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until it reaches the desired warmth of the milk. 

  1. Reduce heat to low and add the spices. 

  1. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes. 

  1. Avoid boiling the milk to prevent it from becoming foamy.
