Warm, Spiced, and Nourishing – Try This Traditional Herbal Milk (Ukaro) for Comfort & Wellness!
Spiced Herbal Milk (Ukaro)
Ingredients:

1 cup milk
-
¾ tsp black pepper
-
¾ tsp cardamom
-
¾ tsp dried ginger
-
A pinch of cinnamon
Directions:

Warm milk in a pot over medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until it reaches the desired warmth of the milk.

Reduce heat to low and add the spices.

Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.

Avoid boiling the milk to prevent it from becoming foamy.
